14 Delivery Policy
Pre-Publication Orders
Orders that are placed and paid for before publication will be fulfilled as soon as the book is published. (Publication dates are stated in the paperwork we send to customers.)

Orders are delivered to the delivery address requested by the customer. If a home/business address isn’t requested for delivery, orders will be delivered to the school.
Deliveries to a school address will be addressed to a teacher, sent by courier and contain a packing list, which the teacher is instructed to check and report any discrepancies/damaged orders. It is likely a school delivery will have multiple orders in; each order is individually wrapped and addressed to the child’s parent/guardian.
Post-Publication Orders
Orders placed after publication will be fulfilled within 7-10 days of receipt of the order.
If a book is out of stock, customers are advised at the time of placing their order and their order will be mailed within 28 days of receipt of the order.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address requested by the customer. Deliveries are fulfilled by either an International postal service or courier, depending on the amount of books ordered.
Orders can be delivered outside of the UK. This incurs a delivery charge of $6.99 per order.
Non-Receipt of Order
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or the wrong delivery address, we will email or write to the customer to advise. We will attempt a further delivery once we hear from the customer, but any subsequent failed deliveries due to non-collection or incorrect delivery details will incur additional delivery charges.
If you requested free school delivery, the package is signed for and you need to contact the school to arrange delivery.
Sometimes orders do get lost in transit. If it is 28 days after publication and you haven't received your order please contact [email protected]. Orders chased for non-delivery after 6 months of dispatch will be void.
